Want your business to be the top-listed Travel Agency?
Situated 45km to the north of Rome in the village of Canneto, this property is ideal for anyone wanting to visit Rome but also the smaller towns and villages in the countryside. It is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and has wonderful open views of the olive groves all around. Make yourselves at home, take country walks, relax in the garden or on the terrace. Plenty of local information is provided for you to explore both in Rome and locally. The apartment is on the first floor of a detached property , surrounded by a garden and its own olive trees - you'll find my own olive oil in the kitchen for your use! Canneto has one of the oldest and largest olive trees in Italy , in fact. I suggest you take the train to go into Rome. This is 'commuter belt' so they leave regularly from the station which is a 15 minute drive away. Guests love to return to this comfortable haven in the countryside after a busy day sightseeing. The apartment has its own entrance by an external staircase and private, enclosed parking. You have full use of the garden which surrounds the property, sun loungers and garden furniture; your own private terrace has a relaxing area as well as a dining area. It is a 'home from home' in that it is comfortably furnished, has a superbly equipped kitchen (from the Nespresso coffee machine to the Kenwood food processor) and I pay attention to the little details which make a difference. You'll find a bottle of complimentry wine chilling in the fridge on arrival - or help yourself to the tea and coffee in the cupboard. There are even candles for you to create a romantic atmosphere and a cheminee / barbecue on the balcony.
The sunset in the photo was painted from my balcony by a former guest and friend, Liz Marsh, who has a gallery in Yorkshire with her husband Dave.. http://www.the-elm-gallery.co.uk/ Look up my website for more details. www.casafagiolina.com ( currently being revised - please bear with me).
