QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Strong english verbal and written Skills.
2. Excellent computer navigation skills.
3. 3 yrs exp Working in BPO or similar.
4. Knowledgeable in Google docs.
5. Fast learner
6. Can work under minimal supervision & Ability to Work under Pressure.
7. Able to Work a set schedule.
WORK STATION QUALIFICATION:
1. Quiet Working environment.

A. Minimum of 1.6 GHZ processor (desktop) or Core I3 (laptop).
B. Updated Windows with MS Office.
C. Minimum of 2GB RAM
D. 40 GB free space
3. Noise cancelling headset.
INTERNET REQUIREMENT
1. Wired DSL, high speed internet minimum of 5MBPS
2. Back up internet minimum of 3MBPS
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
1. 20,000 BASIC SALARY
2. 2500 Attendance Incentive
