You guys!!! We have been busy 👏🏼

🍎🍎🍎 It is no secret that we have been making everyone’s favorite local fresh pressed apple cider for 50 years and counting! Pressing cider is SO exciting - and our antique press is for sure something our visitors always ask to see in action! While our pressing schedule is unpredictable during our busy season - and we do not offer tours for those reasons - we now have a super cool option for those curious about the process! We’ve created a QR code, that will take you to a YouTube video - so you can see the pressing in action at the cider mill, and also learn about various facts involved with making cider! This looks a bit unusual in the picture. But we put up doors that can close off the King bedroom and bathroom creating an additional level of privacy and allowing this area to become an ensuite or a suite room. Picture doesn’t do justice!

Happy Independence Day! The skies are exceptionally quiet this 4th, with no Fly-In Breakfast at the airport this year either. I am missing my pancakes and the catching up with longtime friends. But the lake is calm and eager skiers are out enjoying the glasslike conditions. This covered porch , with it’s exceptional view, remains my favorite spot on the planet. I highly recommend it. You should try it too!

A visit to the Keuka Trail Farm Market is a must. Friends Matt & Marta really have a great collection of offerings. Must try's include their own honey, coffee, spices, and much more. Their location at Darby's Corners Road, is a convenient stop along the wine trail! Make a visit and tell them Nancy sent you!
