The Travel Club is very fortunate now to have Vickie Grooms to take over as directory. As most of you know my health has not been good as of late and I am not able to go on the trips. I think the director should be with their group on the trips.
Vickey is very knowledgeable and will be an asset to the club.
Keep an eye out for her next trip. I miss all of you and wish you happy traveling. Give her the support that you have always given me.

Okay folks, its time to start thinking about our next trip. 36 folks went on the Cherry Blossom Festival trip to Macon. They wanted to know where we are going next.

Our next and last trip for this year will be to visit New England and enjoy their beautiful fall foliage. We will travel all the way to Maine and work our way back through NY, RI, Vermont, Con, Mass, and many other states.
All the plans haven't been finalized but we will leave on 6 Oct for 10 to 11 days.
Keep an eye out here on Facebook and I will post more on the trip . Not sure just what the charges will be yet but will start taking deposits soon.
