It was a cold and wet day in Lucerne but beautiful nonetheless 😊🇨🇭Saw the Chapel Bridge and walked on the cobble-stoned streets of the old town in our Day to Day ponchos 😅

Fun fact: it’s only 1 CHF for a McDonald’s burger on days when the Switzerland national soccer team plays just like today! So we got some at the train station. Otherwise, a meal is almost $20 🫢😳

Also, when in Bern in the summer months, use the public pools! They’re FREE with slides, etc. Just get ready cos the water is cold!

When in Zurich, get a city pass which will give you unlimited travel by train, boat and bus in the zone of coverage. Swim in the lake, take a boat cruise, feed the ducks, hike up the Lindenhof for amazing views of the city, and walk around the Old Town.
