Are you fully vaccinated?
You can now use your Vaccination card as your passport to travel within the Philippines!
The national Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) has allowed fully vaccinated individuals to travel around the Philippines without having to present a negative test result.
This was announced by Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque in a press conference today, July 4, 2021.
Under IATF Resolution No. 124-B:
✅ Fully vaccinated persons are allowed to present a domestic vaccination card or certificate of quarantine completion as a sufficient requirement for interzonal travel instead of a negative test result.
✅ Fully vaccinated Senior Citizens are allowed to travel intrazonal or under GCQ and MGCQ areas.
❗ Fully vaccinated individuals who are close contacts of probable and confirmed COVID-19 cases, they may undergo a shortened seven (7)-day quarantine period, provided that the individual remains asymptomatic for the duration of the seven-day period with the first day being the date immediately after the last exposure.
📌 Provided that vaccination cards must be duly signed and issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment or LGU.
NOTE: The national IATF resolution considers persons as fully vaccinated two weeks after having received their final doses of any vaccine given emergency use authorization by the Philippines' Food and Drug Administration and the World Health Organization.

Naihayag ni Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Bernadette Puyat sa isang virtual hearing noong Martes na kakailanganing ipagpaliban muna ang mga planong international travel hanggang sa susunod na taon.

Hindi tinukoy ni Puyat kung ang domestic travel ay ipagbabawal din.

Ang "new normal" para sa tourism industry ay ipapatupad hanggang sa makahanap na ng bakuna para sa coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

Nasabi din ng Tourism Chief na mandatory na ang regular na pag-disinfect ng mga hotels at accommodations, spa, restaurant, transport services at iba pang establishments na may ugnay sa turismo.
