Tried this tonight kind of hoping for a Katsu curryish kind of outcome. I loosely translated the words and just focused on curry and beef. lol. So we had fried chicken cutlet pieces and poured the sauce on top. The sauce had a few pieces of beef. Japanese beef. I added some mild Japanese curry blocks from another pack, added some sautéed red onions (what I had) and some yogurt to round out the sauce and mellow some of the spiciness. We had some potatoes, relish and coleslaw as well. A mash up — but we all ate a lot.

We topped with some hoisin sauce.
(Used garlic noodles, cabbage, eggs and sesame seeds.)
