In these days of uncertainty of booking holidays abroad, popular UK holiday resorts are already becoming close to fully booked for the peak weeks.

Kia Ora Cottage is new to the Holiday Rental business and therefore still has ample availability. Recently decorated and furnished to a very high standard.

3 bedrooms, sleeping 7 people. Dog friendly with enclosed rear garden. Ample parking.

10 minute walk to shops and 15 minute walk to harbour and beach.

Introduction:

We have recently purchased a lovely 3 bed-roomed semi detached bungalow in the popular village of Seahouses, Northumberland, with the intention of releasing it for holiday rental for limited periods throughout next year.

Ample private parking to the front with small enclosed garden to the rear.

It is a 5 minute walk into Seahouses, 10 minutes walk to the harbour.

We are arranging for the property to be redecorated throughout with new carpets and flooring throughout.

We are also installing a new upright fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob in the kitchen. The kitchen is small but fully functional. There will be a washer/dryer installed in hallway cupboard.

Bedroom one will have a new Kingsize bed and smart tv.
Bedroom 2 will have a new Double bed and smart tv.
Bedroom 3 will have a bunk bed with double bed to bottom.

The lounge will have a new 55 inch smart tv.

Wifi available.
