Our GREAT au pair team is reaching the end of their Exmouth adventure, around late September. Our little family is on the hunt again(hopefully for the last time before our Exmouth adventure ends-December). Once again the universe is conspiring against us, our au pair has had to leave earlier than planned for family reasons, so we are looking for an au pair(it's not all about us, I realise, and our thoughts are with Lani and her family).

WOW! Another BIG few weeks. Thank you to the towns of Onslow, Paraburdoo, Tom Price and Newman for all the help with all our courses. Congrats to the newly minted forklift operators, Working at Heights, EWP operators, crane drivers, Dogman and Riggers, and of course HR truck drivers. I feel like I've just spent 2 and half weeks in the cab of the trucks(cos I have!😜). The boss and I have got a pretty good routine worked out between the auto(Stubby) and the synchro (Nosey).
I've got a few car lessons this week, then back to the vocational training in Exmouth, doing Dogman (maybe Rigging), the ever popular Fork n liften, Skid steer, W@Heights, Confined Space, EWP and a CV(hi-ab) course. I'm not sure about spaces left(above my pay grade 😀), so please touch base with Natalie [email protected] for the good info.

Hi all. Another very busy couple of weeks on the training front. Congrats to everyone on their forklift tickets, HR licenses, an MC license, various machine tickets and an extra big CONGRATS for my first car license candidate 😀(on that, we're changing back to the auto car in about a week and a half).
An exciting week this week coming with my first traffic management/traffic controller course starting tomorrow morning(we could've filled the course a couple times, so watch this space for news of the next one😀).
Looking further forward, I've got a couple of weeks out of town, training in Carnarvon, Onslow, Tom Price and Paraburdoo.
I'm hoping that soon I'll have some news on some trike rides🤣

Morning Happy People😁
Friday training update, we have one spot still open for our EWP course on Wednesday, and some spots open for Working at Heights/Confined Space on Monday.

Reminder about vehicle lessons, the auto car will be swapped out for the manual just after the school holidays. Please contact me direct for car bookings, this is a state government initiative for FREE driving lessons, if we don't use the funding, we'll lose it!
On the truck lesson front, the plan is still the same, as of next week I will have both training trucks in Exmouth for at least a few weeks, HR-auto and synchro.
CONGRATS to everyone this week, Scissor Lift, WAH and Forklift as well as 2 new bus drivers 😁

P.S. don't forget to checkout the Exmouth Golf Club page, there is an ambrose open game tomorrow (team event, play off the teams best shot), great fun and a good intro to the club, members and the game. There is flexible tee off times, only 12 holes and prize presentations at the 19th afterwards (no doubt the usual exaggerations and fibs) over a couple of froffies😜. Full bar facilities, club hire etc available 👍👍

Another training update.
BIG news, we have locked in a Basic Traffic Management & Traffic Control course here in Exmouth for the 3 days leading into ANZAC day, 22-24 April inclusive and still have 4 spots available.
Next week, 27.03 we still have a couple of spots for EWP.

G'day All, a quick shout-out, we are looking for another couple people who might be interested in a forklift ticket, ideally Thursday or Friday next week, 21/22.03, to give us minimum group size.
Following on from my last post about the planned week of training in Exmouth, 24-28ish, we would also like a couple of people for the Dogman course. This is the only prerequisite for crane tickets.

Here is the big girl😀atm I have the auto truck in town and probably for the next few weeks. The boss and I are hashing out a plan to swap out with the synchro-mesh training truck every few weeks/couple of months, point being, we have a training truck based in Exmouth 😁. Get in touch with me or the ladies at Exmouth Chamber of Commerce for HR lessons.
Other news from the last couple of weeks, I am hooked in with Real Futures, we have a training car based in Exmouth too. Atm, an auto and also swapping out regularly with a manual for car license lessons👍Get in touch with me or Jade at Real Futures Exmouth for free car lessons.
The last 3-4 weeks have seen me bouncing between Tom Price/Paraburdoo, Exmouth and Carnarvon. Congrats to everyone on their truck licenses, forklift tickets, Working at Heights and the various other machine tickets. Special thanks as always to Sarah and Ivy at Exmouth Chamber of Commerce, Western Australia - Exmouth Business Hub and Rowie and Debs and the crew at Exmouth Freight & Logistics (yes yes Pete and Simon, you're the bosses, Rowie and Debs just run the show and keep the wheels turning😜).
Sorry if I have missed anyone (I feel like I am) that also should get a shout-out Thank You.
The next couple of weeks I'm here in town for car/truck lessons and continuing work on my Main Roads accreditation for Traffic Management trainer. Then the rotation starts again.

The boss is organising a Basic Traffic Management course for March 19-21, minimum numbers required.
A three day course which will get you full Main Roads WA accreditation.

Gday All, a quick catch up note. Training is hitting full swing, so a note to let you know what's happening when😀.
We still have some spots open for Working at Heights and Confined Space training on Monday 22nd January in Exmouth and Forklift training, Thursday 25th January.
Looking ahead, a full week of training in Exmouth week beginning February 12th. Give me a buzz(0455122292), or Natalie an email([email protected]) for deets, quotes, enrollments etc. We are looking to offer auto truck-HR(yes it is confirmed, I will have the auto rig based in Exmouth, HR, HC & MC😁👍), Dogman, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Forklift, EWP, First Attack Fire Fighting, 4WD and machine tickets or VOCs as needed/wanted. Phew - a FULL week. As always, if there is anything else that tickles your fancy, please drop me a line.
Looking further afield, we are programming training for Exmouth & Carnarvon in during the last 2 weeks of every month.

I hope everyone had a great break over Xmas/New Years.
Training hasn't really slowed (as my boss promised!), in December we ran forklift, dogman and vehicle crane courses - congratulations everyone and thanks as always to Exmouth Chamber of Commerce and the crew Exmouth Freight & Logistics . A special thanks to Base Marine Pty Ltd .
I've already started January with Confined Space & Working at Heights training - congrats and thanks again. There are spots left for Confined Space & Working at Heights, 22/01/24 if anyone wants in😀.
Following a call today, I'm also looking at another Forklift course on 24 or 25/01/24 if we can get numbers. Please drop me a line, or Natalie - [email protected] if your interested.
My girls were down south with the grandies for Xmas, so my first ever Xmas day by myself, and it wasn't a bad day at all. Cooked up a feast and spent the day building my Xmas Lego.
I'm going to be away training in Newman and Tom Price late January into February, so will catch up when I return, fingers crossed with the training truck for HR, HC and MC.
