1) Plant Seeds...More Than You Think You Will Need

Each time I begin writing an article for VisaHunter.com, I have no idea if thousands will read that article or just crickets. No matter what your goal is...finding a job overseas, studying abroad, getting a visa, or starting a business...it all begins with planting lots of seeds so that, in the future, you can enjoy the fruits of your labor.

2) Patient Persistence is Powerful

The first month of launching VisaHunter.com in July 2012, I had 58 unique visitors during the entire month, most of whom were family and friends (Thanks Mom and Sis!). Today, I have more than that number of visitors in only the first 5 minutes of any given day. People (myself included) underestimate how hard it is and long it takes to achieve big, daring, but worthwhile goals. You must never ever ever give up and be consistent in order to get to where you want to be.

3) Hard Work Pays Off (albeit ridiculously slower than you expect)

Since I've launched VisaHunter.com, I've written an average of 8.3 posts/articles per day. I don't think there is one day in the last 1.5 years where I haven't written something for VisaHunter.com. In only a short year, I've become the largest site on the web for free visa information. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. Do the hard thing.
