A great potluck meal started the meeting at 6:00PM
Dues renewal: Those who did not pay their dues in 2012, Sandy will send out email to see who may
want to renew this year
Memorial Day Parade: Does anyone from the Club want to ride in the parade? Sandy will email out to
find out who wants to
Color Tour Breakfast Volunteers: High Rocky Riders would like for Cliff Riders to volunteer to work 1
breakfast Anyone interested can contact Sandy
It was voted not to join the Chamber of Commerce this year
Discussed the possibility of purchasing jackets, hats or t-shirts with club logo on them Several ideas
were discussed Val to look into a few ideas
RIDES:
Larry suggested we put rides on a calendar this summer
A suggestion was also discussed to set up Ride Leader on the day of ride, when people show up
PENROSE COMMONS: May 4, 2013 Ride starts at entrance at 9AM If anyone needs directions, contact

HISTORY RIDE: June 15, 2013 Must be a member of Club Liability waiver must be signed
Will meet to unload bikes at Silver Cliff Park Must be ready to ride by 9:00AM Morning ride will
be Rosita (because of unsure weather conditions, for anyone that remembers last year)
Afternoon will be Museum Tour, Turner Ore Mill and Bull Domingo mines around the area
Pack a lunch and join us at the Park—all rides will leave from Silver Cliff Park
GPS CLASS & POKER RUN: June 29, 2013 Meet at SAR Building at 8AM for GPS training
Breakfast will be served Bring bikes and after training will reconvene at Locke Mountain to use
training for Poker Run Great Prizes will be awarded for poker hands
JULY: Possibilities are River Hill Campground near Creede, Colorado, for over nite camping and riding
Tin Cup Camping and riding
FALL: Texas Creek
AUGUST: Mushroom Hunting-Greenhorn (we need lots of rain for this to happen)
It was also discussed to look into possibility of purchasing riding helmets for Eagle Summit Ranch
Larry will look into this
The town of Silver Cliff is offering Memorial Bricks for sale. The purpose is to earn money for
“Geyser Gateway Memorial Rest Area” at the entrance to Silver Cliff. Please go to Silver Cliff
website to find information and application for purchase
We would like to see more members at the meetings, if you have any suggestions as to how to make
this happen, please pass that information along
We had a great meeting and of course the food was delicious!
