Happy Maha Shivaratri to all 🙏

Maha Shivaratri, which literally translates to "great night of Shiva", is a major festival of Nepal celebrated on the 14th day of the dark fortnight of the month of Magh, as per the Hindu lunar calendar. Gokyo Ri, also known as Gokyo Peak, is a beautiful peak located to the west of Ngozumpa Glacier. Gokyo, one of the world's settlements, is located at the foot of Gokyo Ri and is a part of the Gokyo Trek.
The summit offers a breathtaking panoramic view of four 8,000-meter peaks, including Mount Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu, as well as the famous Gokyo Lake in the Everest Region.

The Dhaulagiri massif in Nepal broadens 120 km’s (70 mi) from the Kaligandaki Stream west to the Bheri. This peak is bounded on the north and southwest by tributaries of the Bheri Waterway and on the southeast by the Myagdi Khola. Dhaulagiri is the seventh most tallest mountain on the planet at 8,167 meters (26,795 ft) above ocean level, and the highest mountain inside the boundaries of a solitary nation (Nepal). It was first peaked on the 13th of May 1960 in a Swiss/Austrian/Nepali expedition. Cushioned amongst different snowy slopes the Muktinath cafe stands still providing service to all the climbers.

The is celebrated on July 29 every year to raise awareness about protecting these majestic but endangered animals and their habitats. and the jungles of Nepal are visited by thousands of every year for a glimpse of the tiger.

Nepal has certainly played its part in mission doubling population to 355 (over 190%) since 2009. We must also strive for healthy thriving of the beasts and by avoiding encroachment and encouraging low impact jungle activities to let the animals including tiger enjoy natural habitat without being threatened.
