Delta and her best gals have returned from Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and they had nothing but amazing things to say about this incredible resort.

Their rooms had direct access to the beach where they indulged in many delicious cocktails and had massages on the beach.

At night they ventured off to Foxwoods Casino for some gambling and fun.

I’ve been pretty quiet, but trust me I have been busy!

This month I have been busy helping clients plan some pretty incredible vacations ….

I’ve helped several families planned their magical trips to Walt Disney World….

The A Family will be headed to Walt Disney World this February where they will be staying at All-Star music resort. Although this is not their first time in Disney, this day will be extra special because it will be their four-year-old princess’ first trip! I am so excited to see photos of their princess experiencing the ✨Magic✨ of Disney.

The J family will also be heading to Walt Disney World for a quick trip in January where they will be staying at the Disney's Contemporary Resort resort with their two little ones. This will their tester trip and likely the first of many to come!

The S family are off to All Star Movies next October for the Halloween/Holiday transition. This will also be a first time trip for their family of 4 and will surely be magical.

The P family are heading to Disney in February where mom will be participating in a Run Disney event! They decided to extend their stay to include a few days at the parks before heading back home.

The C family are heading to the Disney's Boardwalk Inn for a weekend filled with fun at Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

The D family are celebrating retirement with a special 9 night stay at the Beach Club where they will enjoy 8 night park hopper tickets 🙌🏼

For non Disney bookings:

The D family is heading to Universal Orlando Resort next November staying at Universal's Endless Summer Surfside Inn and Suites. They booked a family suite so that mom and dad could have a separate sleeping space from their kiddos.

The D family is off to Tampa next month for a family wedding and they will be staying at the Hyatt Place close to their relatives.

The G family are headed on an 8 night Southern Caribbean cruise on Royal Caribbean’s
Oasis of the Seas!

I hear a lot of people talk about waiting for Black Friday sales for cruises, but did you know that we can apply discounts at any time on an already booked cruise if it is before final payment? It’s true!

If your price drops before your final payment date we can adjust your price! ✨Perks of booking with a travel agent✨

⬇️ A little bit about each cruise line!

🛳️Carnival - very rarely do we see price drops on Carnival. Their big thing is doing different deposits. So you might see anywhere from $25 per person deposit to $150 per person deposits. But very rarely does the price actually change much unless you have a casino offer or something else associated with your VIFP

🛳️Disney - very rarely do we see discounts and if so, it is always after final payment. And after final payment, we cannot adjust pricing. So if your dates are flexible, wait until last minute to see if they have any availability. If dates are not flexible, it is best to book as early as possible

🛳️Royal Caribbean- we see a lot of fluctuations in prices for Royal! Every day it changes almost. Deposits are always the same for Royal. $100 for 3-5 nights, $250 for 6-9 nights and $450 for 10+

🛳️Norwegian - they love to say they have a discount ending at midnight every night. They don’t. It just comes back the next day! Deposits are always the same (advertised as half off) and prices very rarely drop.

🛳️ Virgin - we see best prices on Virgin within 3-4 months of cruising (after final payment)

It’s the last week of October and the new year will be here before we know it! As 2024 is coming to a close, I have BIG goals for my travel business for 2025.

Yesterday I received a message from a mom looking to book a Disney Trip for her and her two daughters.

When I asked what their timeline and budget was they responded with:

“Do you think I’m crazy for wanting to go around Thanksgiving and is it possible to stay under $5,000 between airfare, hotel and park tickets?”

My response: “If there is some flexibility in your dates, we can totally make it work”

Here’s how I helped my client:

I did a quick search for low fare calendars and was able to find her 3 round trip tickets via Southwest Airlines from 11/28-12/4 for just $577🙌🏼.

Using those dates and keeping the cost of flights in mind, I took a look at promotional availability at onsite properties.

Thank you to the Hutton family for such a wonderful review.

Being a travel agent for me is so much more than a business transaction. I genuinely care for each and every one of my clients and do everything possible to ensure they have a fantastic trip.

The Hutton family was faced with having to make the tough decision to fly into Orlando, knowing that a potential category five hurricane would be hitting the day after their arrival. Because their daughter was scheduled to perform with her dance studio over the weekend canceling the trip was not an option.

Knowing how nerve-racking this could be for the family, I decided to take quick action and places an Instacart order for some food items which were delivered to the resort the night before their arrival.

Although I was away at Sea I felt like I needed to give my clients peace of mind that they would be taken care of and would have necessities immediately available to them should they have to shelter in place in their hotel room.
