Philippine Airlines Inc. (PAL) on Saturday announced it has filed for bankruptcy in the Southern District of New York as part of its restructuring plan.

The company, however, said flights will continue without interruption, and it will honor all valid tickets, travel vouchers, refund applications and Mabuhay Miles and benefits.

Likewise, passengers and employees will be "unaffected by the restructuring," PAL said.

Ha Long Bay is a 4-hour bus ride from Hanoi. The bright green sea, the unique beauty of the bay, the towering limestone karsts, the breathtaking view from above definitely makes it worth visiting. Truly an amazing experience! Gotta try Ha Long Bay tour when you visit Vietnam. 😍
