A nice letter from some great clients/friends...

Red Zone Travel,
I saw the article that “Get Gephardt “wrote about Red Zone Travel. I just wanted to send you a note and let you know that our experience with Red Zone was very different.
First of all I need to tell you that I have taken two trips with Red Zone. They were some of the best trips I have been on EVER. Nonstop fun and the hosts made sure that our every need was met.
When I noticed that my monthly payment for the Michigan trip was no longer being taken. I called Justin Woodland first thing in the morning. He answered his phone and gave me a choice. He could hold the money for a future trip or he would be happy to refund the money. The party of four that the trip was planned for was wired the money within 48 hours. I noticed two things that really stood out to me. The refund appeared to have been transferred to me from Justin Woodland’s personal bank account and he refunded all of our processing fees. I assumed I would be out that money. Justin is a stand-up guy in my opinion and I cannot wait until the next trip!

Good Morning Friends,

Many of you saw the Get Gephart episode last night on 2 News. I would like to give my side of the story along with the status of the company.
As many of you know RZT was putting a trip together to watch Utah take on Michigan in ’14. Due to the lack of participation and the deadlines coming up for many large deposits, we decided to cancel the trip. Out of the 20+ people that have been making payments, all but 2 have received a full refund and the two people who haven’t are due to accounting discrepancies that are being worked through, not unwillingness by RZT to refund their money . (The lady on the news was offered a refund but would rather have us try to continue putting a package together for her and her husband.)
As many have noticed the lack of activity from RZT on Facebook and also our website here are the reasons…
1. We are no longer the “Exclusive” travel provider of University of Utah Athletics…Between Utahs’ first losing season since ’02-’03 and the lack of bowl participation, the company couldn’t justify the expense…
2. We turned off our website because we didn’t want to advertise or market a package that at this time we didn’t know if we could provide…
3. There has been changes and restructuring in ownership of RZT…Until we get that cleaned up we did not want to deal with any outside transactions from you, our friends and patrons…

Thank you so much for your past participation and friendships. We will keep you posted with the future of RZT as we move forward…
