Soyz Holiday Rental Apartments is a privately owned family run complex situated in the beautiful Northern Cyprus village of Çatalköy. The complex has stunning sea and mountain views and is within easy walking distance of the local beach resort of Shayna Beach. The main town of Girne (Kyrenia) is a 15 minutes’ drive away with regular bus routes and taxi services readily available. Soyz has a large

car parking area available for residents should they wish to hire a car. The complex consists of a newly build (2016) large swimming pool with splash pool for children, a sun bathing area and shower and toilet facilities. Sun loungers are freely available for use around the pool area as well as access to the outside bar for refreshments. The fully furnished self-catering one-bedroom apartments consist of a living room, kitchen with large fridge and washing machine as well as microwave and toaster. Bathroom facilities consist of shower room with freestanding shower and double bedroom with double bed and walk in cupboard. Facilities also include air conditioning, television and dvd player, free Wifi, iron and ironing board. The rental charge for apartments during 2017 is £35 per day with check in from 2pm onwards and check out 12.00 noon. A deposit must be paid at time of booking with balance being paid on day of arrival at apartments. Payment by Credit Card is accepted but please take note that deposit payments will not be refunded if booking is cancelled and all cancellations must be notified at least one week prior to arrival. Entertainment and Eating Facilities are available through out the Summer Season of June, July and August (Charges are priced separately). Breakfast served between from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon
Sandwich & Salad Bar available from 12.00 noon until 5.00 pm
Sunday BBQ’s with pre-booking required. Free disco entertainment is provided by D.J. Ozzie on Friday and Saturday nights starting from 6pm until midnight. Car hire with Cyprus Pines and airport transfers from Ercan/Larnaca or Paphos can be arranged by prior booking.
