Let us take care of the details so your only worry is making memories with your family and friends. Our vacation rental homes and cabins range in size from 2 to 6 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 3-15 guests. All properties include:

-speed internet, pet friendly and other amenities. Arizona's Rim Country is the perfect all-season recreation destination and only a short drive from Phoenix. Sitting in the cool pines of the Mogollon Rim surrounded by both the Tonto National Forest and Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, experience cooler temps in the summer and easy access to snow in the winter. Rim Lakes Vacation Rentals is locally owned and managed by long-time residents who care about our guests and our owner's properties. We provide full-service property management or customized options that fit our owner's needs.

A low pressure system will affect northern Arizona next week. The initial round of precipitation is expected to begin Monday morning in western Coconino/Yavapai and spread eastward through the day. Here is a preliminary snowfall forecast through this period. Additional rain and snow showers are expected Tuesday through Thursday, we'll have more details on that coming up so stay tuned!
