FB would not let me add the video with the photos, so here is the video of the surprise… 4 years ago today, I surprised my wife with a cruise and pulled off the best surprise party for my wife’s 40th birthday. I had some amazing friends help me get this party setup, so I could not have done it without them. The day started with the slightest of hints, with me wearing a Disney Cruise hat and a Nautica t-shirt and we had breakfast at Benny’s on the Beach, a local restaurant that has great food on the ocean. So very subtle hints all ocean themed. 😉 Then we went to church later that day to go grab something on the way to a “dinner” and that is where we had so many family and friends surprise her. But at the very end, I had put together a Kahoot game where all the questions were about my wife Liza. The final question, was where I surprised her one more time and that was in less than two weeks from that day we were going on another Disney Cruise! So I was able to surprise my wife and kids with the cruise that I booked through my Travel Agency Little did we know, this small thing called Covid was getting ready to shut the whole world down. We got to sail the 2nd to last cruise before cruising stopped and that surprise party was in one way a goodbye to so many friends in South Florida because during the peak of Covid, I changed jobs and moved my family from our home and church for almost 10 years to Central Florida for an amazing opportunity that just keeps giving since.
