We've updated the narrative description but you can read it here as well -
Hollywood legend Ernest Borgnine and his good friend, and Hollywood veteran, Bo Hopkins, along with long time friends and business partners Sir Alfred DiMora and Steve Griffith have been working on creating a Grill & Saloon over the last few years.
'Ernie' and Bo came up with an idea awhile back of having a bar and grill with a western theme that included some of their world famous Hollywood history and that would offer a casual dining atmosphere with a heart healthy menu.
After shooting the concept back and forth for a while, Ernie and Bo brought Sir Al in to help. The three then pondered on how to turn the concept into a going concern and they wound up bringing Steve in with the group since he was a trusted partner and friend with the added plus of having expertise in this type of project. Enter Steve (aka The Cap'n). The Cap'n stepped into the arena and in doing so, helped put together the project and put The Wild Bunch back in the saddle.
Not only are we to be a Grill and Saloon but we will be broadcasting through multi forms of media and having our Hollywood friends, professional sports friends and well known musicians/groups to come hang out with us, Yes, we have added a stage to the project for live music and variety entertainment and definitely plan to broadcast.

As it is well known, the original name we were going with was" Ernie and Bo's Wild Bunch Grill and Saloon".
Well, we lost Ernie on July 8th 2012. It was a heart wrenching loss and so much so, it’s taken us a few years to even think about climbing back in that saddle again. We do know and are certain in our hearts that Ernie would want us to carry on, and with that being so, we have regrouped are ready to ride again.

Having regrouped, and with the mission remaining the same, we are now - "Nobody's Cap'n of the Wild Bunch - Grill and Saloon".
It's a mouthful we know. The history of this change is TBA at a later date (teaser).

There has already been so much that has happened on this continuing ride that we promise to catch you up on what's happened and keep you front row as soon as we're ready to start releasing more of the story. You will certainly be seeing more of us on the different social apps along with many of the broadcast medias as well.

Keep an eye peeled for us as we hit the trail and report back on our continuing story!
