We establish new contacts on their behalf and we cultivate the existing worldwide STR network. We support our partners' sales activities and we co-operate in marketing and press/PR related projects. You as a client might recur to the following services, whic
h are all completely free of charge for you.
- We offer you our assistance in both segments, leisure and MICE, right from the very beginning of a new project. We can easily be reached and time differences do not matter any longer for you.
- We take care of your questions and requests. Should we be in a position to reply on our partners' behalf, you might safe a lot of time and start working on the next steps already. We love to share our destination knowledge and our experience with you.

We are seeking to expand STR CEE Destination Handling’s Team with a passionate sales professional, based in Poland (home office):
👉Key responsibilities:
- Sales Development: develop and implement effective sales strategy on behalf of our DMC partners, client prospection
- Marketing, events: participate local and international trade shows, contribution our marketing initiatives
- Strategy and reporting: contribution to develop the sales and marketing strategy together with the DMC counterparts
- Production: understand the market trends, identify needs and share the know-how with our DMC partners
👉What we are looking for:
- Experience: experience in sales management and production in outbound tourism business
- Strategic thinking: ability to develop and execute strategic plans with a focus on long-term growth
- Communication skills: excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish & English

Since 1980, STR Destination Handling represents International Incoming Agencies and Hotels on the German, Swiss and Austrian market. At the beginning of 2008, STR Destination has expanded their activity in Central- and Eastern Europe. STR CEE is based in Budapest and pleased to assist for the Hungarian, Slovakian, Czech, Romanian and Polish Tour Operators to satisfy their customer’s needs.
