Continuity of Care Experience- CCE
To enable: students to experience continuity of care with individual women and their family through pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal period. students may accompany the women to antenatal appointments, classes and screening tests. students may also be invited to attend the birth as a support person and maintain contact for 4-6 weeks after birth. A women must be no more then 35 weeks pregnant at the time of the first meeting.
