Following a hugely successful inaugural 'On Trend Dining' masterclass with ACREW in Palma earlier this year, the team decided to develop 'crew workshops' much further than was initially envisioned. Creatively linking the

ir individual fields of expertise, ELEMENTAL OVERLOAD will explore the worlds of culinary art with wine pairing, crew service and tableware. Imagine natures elements of Fire, Earth, Wind and Water clashing with the human senses of Sight, Taste, Smell, Sound and Touch during each and every stage of a four course lunch. From the team - 'La Rascasse is our Theatre, you our Audience and your participation is the key to this experience.
