We stayed in the luxury studio with lake view,
The studio had plenty of space the bed was super comfortable and there was a huge spa bath that was perfect for after a big day out exploring all Taupo has to offer.

The studio has a kitchenette with a mini fridge & electric stove top so you can make your own food if you don’t feel like going out to eat or ordering in.

There is a really good sized balcony with an amazing view out overlooking lake Taupo with a sun bed and a little table and chair for your morning coffee or to sit up and watch the sun set.

Free wifi available to all guests
The tv has Netflix & Disney plus with plenty of sky channels also to choose from.

The fresh water pool is heated all year round and the hot tub is filled with naturally heated geothermal water.

There is a bbq area with a table and chairs out by the pool side overlooking lake Taupo.

Taupo city centre is only a 7min walk along the waterfront to get there with so many luscious restaurants to choose from.

The lake front also has heated spots if you would like to swim in the lake. It’s beautiful on a nice sunny day.

This 5 star hotel is in the perfect location set on a hill 4kms away from lake Taupo, City centre is a 5min drive & Huka falls is only 10km away. 💦

They have bikes available for hire for a small cost the perfect way to get around lake Taupo or even head down to the city centre. 🚲

Steam room & sauna with a gym & heated pool/spa
Perfect for after a long day out exploring all Taupo has to offer. 🧖🏻‍♀️

Tennis court available for in house guests also. 🎾

Bistro Lago restaurant for fine dinning on site for breakfast lunch and dinner, There is also a high tea available & Room service. 🍽

We stayed in the King junior suite - (sleeps 3)

This suite has a separate living area with your own private balcony & seating area with views down to the pool/spa area.

This suite overall was a very comfortable luxurious stay with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
Room service was good and we didn’t have to wait long for meals.

Ideally the Treehouse is suited for two adults sharing the double bed but bookings for 3 people are possible using the sofa as a single bed.

The treehouse is not suitable for children unless supervised at ALL times! Or people with limited mobility. ⚠️

The treehouse is spread across 4 levels
- Ground level has a covered area for bikes/E-bikes
With a charging point, There is E-bikes available to hire if required.
- 1st floor is the bathroom
- 2nd floor is the kitchen & lounge with a outdoor bath & seating area
- 3rd level is the bedroom

On the wider property you will find a lake with kayaks a row boat, farm animals, glow worms & gardens with a walking track all of which are Available for guests to explore & use, Be careful on the track on wet days as it can get very slippery. 🛶 🐓 🐛 🪴

The Bathroom has a rain shower in the middle of the room and is such an amazing experience being surrounded with the trees it feels like your showering in the middle of a Forrest! 🚿 🌳 🍃

The kitchen has everything you need from a gas lit stove to a oven & mini fridge freezer, toaster & jug with all utensils provided.🍴
There is also complimentary milk 🥛

The lounge has a comfortable couch that can be used as a single bed with a fire place to keep you warm on the colder nights 🔥 🛋

The bedroom up-stairs has a comfortable bouble bed with a projector with netflix available 📺 🛏

Wifi available if you want to connect with the outside world 🌍

The balcony on the 2nd floor has a outdoor bath that is run off gas there’s also a slide to go down that lights up at night time which is so much fun even your fur baby can give it a go 🛝 🛁

There’s a lovely egg chair to sit in amongst the trees and read a book or just look out over the beautiful nature💺

There’s also a breakfast bar outside for the warmer mornings to sit out and enjoy your breakfast with a nice coffee enjoying the view🥓 🍳 ☕️

This Treehouse is a grown-up childhood sanctuary
Built from recycled Materials, a repurposed spiral staircase takes you up the multiple levels of the Treehouse to a secluded living space nestled between the trees.

Kick back in the canopy, swoop on the swings or shoot down the lit up slide. 🛝

This self-contained Treehouse is powered by off grid renewable energy and is only a short drive to New Plymouth, local beaches and the mountain.

This Treehouse was awarded small home of the year 2022 by home magazine and was a finalist in the best unique stay category on Airbnb NZ.

The hosts are amazing & are just a call or message away if you need anything during your stay!

The Treehouse is almost always booked out so if your planing on coming to stay here I recommend booking ahead!!

This suite is phenomenal! 😍
With everything already here you need to just come and relax with your loved ones/friends or family 🤌🏻😊
Perfect for special occasions such as wedding parties or the discerning traveler. 💍

The suite has a kitchenette with a mini fridge & mini bar with prices on the fridge door.
All your tea & coffee needs including a Nespresso coffee machine. ☕️ 🫖

Shared patio with beautiful fairy lights which is also heated for the colder nights. 💡
Looks beautiful at night and the perfect place for a small gathering/get together. 🥂

The bedroom is just stunning the art around the suite gives it a boutique feel makes you feel like your in a different time/place was an amazing experience.

The bed is like sleeping on a cloud so amazing with heated blankets to keep you warm on the colder winter nights. 🛌

The staff & service here is phenomenal they are very welcoming & helpful with anything you need and go out of there way to make sure your stay is excellent.

There is cafes & Restaurants 2mins away from the lodge & a supermarket 4mins away in the CBD.

While in Taupo highly recommend going & checking out the Huka Falls watch the crazy rapids & the jet boats fly & spin up the crazy huka falls you can also go on boast tours that take you right up to the huka falls which is a awesome experience as well.

The perfect place to wind down after a big day out exploring all Taupo has to offer! The geothermal pool is really good for your skin / mind / body & soul 🙏
Highly recommend visiting here while in Taupo!!

Quad trail tour a really amazing experience with an awesome track a full on rush of adrenaline! Highly recommend giving this a go they also have a 2 hour track available & paint balling a wicked place for a day out with your friends or family 🏍👀😊🗾

The cove on the lake cafe is right next door which is perfect for breakfast time you only have to go down stairs and you have a whole variety of food awaiting you next door or you can get the continental breakfast available from the hotel. 🥓 🍳 🥛

River belle glamping is the perfect getaway to nature so peaceful treat yourself today! 🥂

River belle Glamping has recently changed from the belle tent to a Dome & also done some amazing changes to the place 🏞

The Dome is such an amazing experience! So cozy inside & so peaceful being right by the river sounds so nice especially at night 🌃🧘🏼‍♀️

The bed is like floating on clouds honestly so comfortable there is also a heat blanket for the colder nights & a fire place that warms the place up within minutes of putting it on 🛏

There is bed side tables with side lamps for light & also a couple of candles 🕯 💡

The view from the mini windows in the dome is extraordinary you can see Mt Taranaki such a lovely sight to wake up to in the morning. There is also curtains to close up the dome to make it extra dark for those who want to have a good sleep in 🌌

There is a Box in the dome with Extra blankets & board games, things to play for some extra entertaining. 🎲♟🧩

The kitchen is located off the Dome with everything you need there is a cooking Hob,kettle,toaster all cooking equipment provided & extras like cooking oil,butter, vinegar,ketchup,maple syrup,sugar,Tea & Coffee etc 🍽🥂🍾🫖

The bathroom is located off the back of the kitchen. There is a nice shower with good water pressure & toilet and sink with plenty of towels & linen provided there is also shampoo & conditioner, body wash provided. 🚽🧻🚿

There is a BBQ for the nice summer days to cook up a nice dinner on. 🥩🥓🍔

There is shelter for the rainy days so you can still enjoy your stay 🌧 🎆

There is also a sun bed which is An amazing new piece to the place I could lay there all day listening to the river run and the sound of the birds so bliss 🤌🏻 🦜🌿🍃🌺

The bath is deep and spacious and has the perfect view of Mt Taranaki so nice on a nice cold day or even on a warm day have a nice Luke warm bath n cool off 🙌

There is also a outdoor fire area with a pretty groovy seating area down by the river 🛶 🔥
Roast your marshmallows down by the fire next to the river flowing so nice & peaceful!!

They have s’mores & sweet packs, Cheese boards & more available on request for a extra cost. The perfect Add on for your stay 🧀 🍷

The foyer/reception area is so nice to walk into very welcoming all of the art around the hotel is phenomenal 🎨🎭

Off the reception is a guest lounge with hot&cold drinks a tv, couch & table if you feel like getting out of your suite for a walk 👣🫖

The Anniversary suite is located on the third floor with views out to the courtyard off your private balcony. 🏙🌌

The suite has a small kitchenette with a fridge & small freezer, cooking hob, toaster, microwave, tea&coffee and all cooking utensils needed are provided in the suite also.
The suite has a mini bar stocked with drinks & snacks that can be paid for when checking out. ☕️🍫🍪🍳🥓

There is E-scooters at the edge of the waterfront to hire out if you want to get out and see more the E scooters on the waterfront is just an amazing experience. 🛴

The three bedroom apartment is located on the third floor with a big open plan kitchen with a oven & stove top, microwave big fridge freezer with a ice maker and water dispenser.
All you need for tea & coffee. Milk is provided.
There is also a breakfast bar with the best views. All you need to cook is there already in the apartment with also not just 1 but 2 dishwashers so you don’t have to do any dishes on your trip away 😊🥓🍳🥛

The lounge area has a flatscreen smart T.V with Netflix & sky.
Unlimited free wifi also provided.
There is views the whole way around this apartment so what ever room your in you won’t miss out. 📺 🌅 🛌

There is 3 rooms 2 with 2 king size beds and 1 with one single.
The rooms are set out so nicely and all have a huge closet space. 🛌 🚪

The main bedroom has a open up sliding door out onto your private balcony & on-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. A huge walk in wardrobe with a safe. There is a air con in every room and also a Dyson fan in the main room for the hotter days. 🚻 🧘🏼‍♀️

There is a private thermal mineral hot tub on your private balcony with the best views also.
