****The City of Lawrenceburg is currently seeking a Director of Project Management.****
This position is a full time salaried position, subject to days, evening meetings, weekends & is considered to be on call at all times. This position directs, oversees & provides quality control on all construction, utility engineering, & Civil City improvement projects throughout the City. Qualified applicants must have at least five years experience in the commercial construction industries; must be OSHA 30 certified; must be familiar with local building codes; must have extensive knowledge & experience in construction supervision, construction oversight & project management. Must provide proof of large project management. Office management experience required. Construction Management Accreditation, Blueprint Certification & Engineering experience preferred.
