Belle Lap Coaching Services provides running coaching/consultation for recreational runners. Coaching is provided by Jennie Sparrow, RRCA Certified coach.

Welcome to Belle Lap Coaching Services! Having been a passionate, recreational runner for the past 20 years, I am happy to announce that I have recently transitioned into providing coaching and consultation services for recreational runners. As a former social worker, my aim as a coach is to support the whole person while helping them meet their running goals, learn a lot, and have fun along the w

ay. I am a recently certified RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) coach and all around running geek who enjoys learning and sometimes re-learning things on a daily basis! Current services include monthly training plans with unlimited feedback, individual consultations for runners of all ability and experience levels, post race analysis, and training plans for specific goal races. I work remotely with clients anywhere as well as one on one in person with those in the Tucson area. The first consultation is always free, so contact me to see how I can best support you and your goals!
