Hi there! This is the latest update on check in requirements needed by the condo admin. As community quarantine guidelines change, we are asked to follow the protocols as deemed by Somerset Olympia as well.

-For provincial or international travelers: Negative result of Rapid test, Antigen test or swab test, valid within 1-3 days of stay, + 2 valid IDs.

-For Metro Manila Residents: Medical certificate or Health Certificate valid within 1-3 days of check in + 2 valid IDs.

Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) levels in parts of Luzon are currently high due to the activity of the 2 volcanoes (Taal Volcano and a Submarine Volcano in Fukutoku-Okanoba in Japan).

WHAT TO EXPECT?
- Vog (volcanic smog) is affecting the mentioned areas as Taal Volcano and a submarine volcano in Japan are still producing Sulfur Dioxide due to its activity. Air quality in these areas are expected to reach unhealthy levels. Hazy conditions are expected.

Don't fret! a barangay health certificate can be requested for your travel needs so you can book a stay with us.

Valid for Metro Manila residents only!

Strict safety measures are in place at the building where we are located. For locals within Metro Manila who wish to stay in our condo due to business/personal travels, you will be asked to present a barangay health certificate valid within 7 Days of your stay.

What do you need to do?

📌You need to go to the Barangay Health Center where you currently reside. This is important as you will not be given a health certificate if you are not a resident there. (In our case, she went to Brgy Poblacion Makati where she is a resident)

She was checked and asked questions pertaining to her heath.

The whole process took just 30 minutes and my friend was issued a medical certificate which she needed to go to work.

It could be a different procedure per barangay/municipality so we suggest that you check with your barangay directly.

We have been getting inquiries of the requirements needed to book the home so here it is!

1. FOR LOCALS within Metro Manila: Recently issued Barangay Health Certificate valid within 7 days of your check in date. this should be issued by the barangay where you reside
2. FOR PROVINCIAL/INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS: You need to present a negative result of your rapid/pcr test. Valid within 14 days of your check in date.
3. Two (2) Valid Identification Cards
4. Health Declaration to be signed upon check-in.

This aside from we are only across ayala triangle which has more restaurants you can choose from.
