We’ve met some amazing women from all walks of life, each has a story, each has something important to share and a certain energy to bring to the group. It’s a breath of fresh air to hear another persons journey and be able to find and share yours from a raw place. You can never prepare for what lessons are learnt about yourself on these experiences and they can be a really powerful tool for growth & innovation ✨

6 places to add to your bucket list in Madeira. Swipe ➡️

1. Ponta de Sao Lourenco - the furthest Eastern point of the Island, a unique coastal walk with jaw dropping rock formations.
2. Seixal Natural Pools - Crystal waters with a beautiful backdrops
3. Fanal forest - An enchanted forest, a UNESCO world heritage site. Best seen with low fog giving it an eerie feel with 600 year old twisted trees. This place is a must see.
4. Levada do Alecrim - One of Madeiras many Levada routes, with some of our favourite waterfall spots D.Bena & D.bento
5. Santana - the original Madeira thatched houses, historical buildings, dating back to the century Madeira was discovered.

Practicing the attitude of gratitude 🤩

A little power posture practice at our Madeira experience in May. We took our time, we laughed, we took any ego away from it. All yoga at our events is accessible for anyone and everyone… exactly how it should be 😊
