LOVE LANGUAGE❤️

Do you know your partners love language?

Mine is: “acts of service” and Jimmy’s is “quality time”… So a few days ago I came home from work extremely exhausted. I voiced coming in the door that I was going to shower and going straight to bed! I probably talked to Jimmy for a few mins, gave him a kiss and disappeared to the room to shower and get in bed as planned. Well, once I got in the room I seen he had his candle lit lol… in my head I’m thinking “chile please, I don’t know why he lit this candle because I asked him to clean the bathroom the other day and he still hasn’t”… (all with my face frowned up😫) I ignored that candle and continued to get ready for the shower. I walked into the bathroom and immediately I noticed how everything was in place (I’m OCD 😬 lol) and the smell of Mr. clean and bleach filled the air🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️ I smiled so big and started laughing… it was kinda cute!!!😍 I walked back out in the living room to him and he must of heard me laughing because he was too by the time I came back out. I said to him “oh, you figured since you cleaned the bathroom you can light this candle huh” Him: Heck, I figured if I wanted that candle lit my ahhh better had of cleaned that bathroom” 🤣🤣
Of course my love bank was filled and I was no longer extremely exhausted😏 Mission accomplished Jimmy!!!👏🏾

Moral of the story… knowing your partners love language is so important. Marriage is a partnership and it should always be give and take. When you are loving one another the way each other desires to be loved, it’s a beautiful thing! We did NOT “wake up like this” but I’m so happy we’ve arrived❤️
