Copal Creative Studios Coach, Hypnotist, Generally Curious Human Being :) When I started planning our first trip to Tulum I felt totally overwhelmed. But that was it.

I would search for hours at a time to try to learn about the area, safety, where to stay, things to see, you name it. All I could find was a few travel blogs with a single post and some pretty basic hotel websites. Ultimately I took the trip with little knowledge and, as it turned out I immediately fell in love with Tulum! My personal theory is that everyone is just too busy out adventuring in Tul

um or want to keep this hidden gem just that... hidden. After numerous trips to Tulum bringing friends and family, I became the tour guide and vacation planner each and every time. And each and every trip was different based on who I was with. After my struggles to find information online I decided I wanted to help others avoid that problem and experience Tulum to the fullest. Everyone has their own tastes and there are so many different ways to experience this magical town, it only makes sense for each travel guide to be tailored to your specific needs and interests.

I’ve also found I love using birdsongs as background “music” when I’m trying to focus. (So much so that I recorded 30 minutes of birds chirping outside my window and offer it as a bonus for my Vision Scripting program!) It puts me in a good mood, which helps me get into a nice flow state and get sh*t done. You’ve probably heard the saying “our thoughts become our reality”, right? 💫 Well about 2 weeks ago I picked up a practice I had been doing last year, something I call “Vision Scripting”, but this time I invited all of you to join me and we have a fabulous Vision Scripting community happening right now! It’s basically a daily-ish (cause I don’t like rules hehehe) journal practice where you take the things you desire in life and write it out in the present tense as though it’s already happened. ✍️✨❤️ I like to explain it as a mix between hypnosis, journaling and vision boarding/manifestation. Very much based on the premise that our thoughts really truly do become our reality. 💫💫💫 This morning as I was writing my script, I had a few things hit me… ✨ Doing things in community makes us much more likely to stick with it ✨ So much of what I desire and dream for, I already have in some shape or form ❤️ ✨ It’s really true, our life really is a result of the thoughts we think over and over again ✨And when we begin to change those thoughts, things start to shift in our lives. 💫 I can 💯see how things are shifting in my life as a result of this quick, easy, even kinda fun 😆 “daily” practice. ❤️❤️❤️ Curious about Vision Scripting or want to join in on the fun?!
