Hi folks, I realise the rainy season and hurricanes are passing through at the moment, but why not look forward to later in the year.........We have some unexpected gaps in the calendar for October and November this year if you're interested in a break in the sunshine state! Maybe a half term break with the family, a golfing holiday or just to be away from it all, soaking up a good book by the pool and enjoying precious time.

Good morning all an update on availability for NEXT year 2022, for our home in the sun...... The following dates available:
15th-29th January (14ngts)
18th March - 7th April (20 nights)
21st-30th April (9 nights)
22-30th May (8 nights)
13th June - 22nd July (39 nights)
22nd-27th Aug (5 nights)
24th September onwards.

Alli and Simon have been doing a sterling job of looking after our home in Florida for which we will be eternally grateful. Bookings for next year (& 2022!) are really filling up with folk obviously unable to travel there this year they are looking forward to 2021. Just 3 Windows left now if anyone wants a break at our home in the sun:

Hi everyone, we are very thankful that through all this awful Coronavirus our home in the sun has been looked after so well by Alli and Simon Godfrey and their team. Florida residents have been able to rent our home and enjoy the sunshine. Meanwhile for ourselves, friends, family & others who have booked to go but are unable to travel to USA we are looking forward to 2021. We now have limited gaps in the calendar next year if anyone would like to go..........3 weeks in April, 1 week at the end of May, 2 weeks in June and then October onwards. Thank you to Allison & Simon for all their hard work & support over the year looking after our home. We are almost fully booked for next year at our "um" Just a few weeks left at the end of June/beginning of July. We have a gleaming pool deck.......we painted it whilst we were there a few weeks ago! New pool heater too AND NEW air conditioning! Still some availability this year and bookings now being taken for 2020! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with everything you need there down to the last teaspoon! We have arrivals and departures ANY DAY to suit you with prices from just £350 FOR THE WEEK for up to 8 people! We're on US27 on Southern Dunes community with an excellent golf course. Wallmart at the entrance to our community, Mannys chophouse, egg city, restaurants and shops all close. Walt Disney World & LEGOLAND Florida are 20mins away and kissimee state park & Lake Louisa winery & state park within half hour. Gulf coast approx an hour away, Cocoa on the Atlantic coast and Kennedy space centre 1 half hours. Come to enjoy and explore, relax or do the parks...... there's ALOT more to Florida than you think!
