Amid nationwide quarantine, Philippine Airlines (PAL) released its domestic and international flights for this month and onwards. Operating on limited and flexible schedules, the flights are available to qualified passengers who also meet entry requirements in their destination cities and countries. Note that some of these domestic destinations are only for essential travel and passengers with a PCR certificate showing negative results. Also, flights leaving from and arriving in Manila are only effective from 19 Aug due to the ongoing modified enhanced community quarantine expected to end on 18 Aug. PAL flights from Manila to Philippine provinces depart from and arrive in NAIA Terminal 2.

We are pleased to reintroduce weekly flights to Penang, Clark, Jakarta and Medan, in addition to the current services to Kuala Lumpur and Manila, to create essential travel links to the region.

Meanwhile, we will only operate passenger flights bound for Singapore, from Ho Chi Minh City and Bangkok; Singapore flights bound for Ho Chi Minh City and Bangkok will carry cargo only.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR FLIGHT TO NARITA, JAPAN.

☝Please be advised that effective August 07, 2020, new requirements shall be implemented for Japan Foreign Nationals (“Permanent Resident”, “Spouse or Child of Japanese National”, Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident”, “Long-Term Resident”) before re-entry to Japan.

Before you fly, you must:

✅Present a negative COVID-19 (RT-PCR) test result (or copy) conducted within 72 hours prior to departure.

✅Submit a Certificate of Testing for COVID-19. The certificate must be filled and signed by a medical institution to be considered valid.

✅Submit the Letter of Confirmation of Submitting Necessary Documentation for Re-entry into Japan (Re-entry Confirmation Letter). The following documents are required for the application.

In order to serve you better, the PAL Electronic Case Investigation Form (e-CIF) will undergo system maintenance. Services will resume by August 12, 2020, 10:00AM (PH Time).

We will be ready to accept pre-registration for international flights arriving in Manila, once enhancements have been completed.
