Our rosemary at The Shed at Goat Rock is looking absolutely beautiful, so Vicki has made a batch of her Apple & Rosemary Jelly.
This jelly is a delicious addition to lamb, pork or chicken.

The Queensland Government has introduced new laws that strengthen smoke-free protections at liquor-licensed venues.

These changes will affect all hotels, community clubs and casinos from July 1st 2024 that provide a designated outdoor smoking area (DOSA).

DOSA Rules:
*​Children cannot remain in a DOSA
* No food is to be consumed within the DOSA (this includes snacks)

As of July 1st 2024, the Stockman Hotel will only have one DOSA (Designated Outdoor Smoking Area); this is located out the back door within the undercover seating area, no smoking or va**ng is allowed in any other area of the Hotel.
