Position Overview:
As a Disney and Universal focused Travel Advisor, you will be the driving force behind designing exceptional Disney and Universal vacations tailored to our clients' desires. From selecting the perfect resort to planning daily itineraries filled with magical experiences, your expertise will ensure that every detail is taken care of. You'll have the opportunity to turn Disney and Universal dreams into reality by creating seamless, enchanting, and personalized trips.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and needs for their Disney or Universal vacation.
• Provide expert advice on Disney World, Disneyland, or Universal parks, attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
• Create customized itineraries that maximize the theme-park experience for each client.
• Assist with booking accommodations, park tickets, dining reservations, and more.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest theme-park offerings and changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
• Deep passion and knowledge of Disney World, its parks, attractions, and services.
• Knowledge of Disneyland, its parks, attractions, and services.
• Knowledge of Universal Orlando and Hollywood theme-parks, attractions, and services.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in travel planning or customer service is a plus.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and park updates.
