We had an amazing stay at Bill & Mike’s place! We were able to use the wagons and chairs provided to take the short walk over to the beach. The house was plenty big enough for 7 of us. Our family had a wonderful time in the beachfront condo. We woke up early every morning to see the beautiful sunrise. We had everything for the beach provided and they were very easy to reach with any questions we had. We are already planning our next stay and hope to be there longer next summer!

This was an absolutely perfect beach house for my family. The cleanliness, thoughtful touches and amenities were just right.
The walk to the beach was short and easy and the stretch of beach was not crowded any of the days we were there.
The beds were comfy and the bathrooms had good showers.
The garage was the perfect spot and we enjoyed some ping pong and the convenience of everything we could possibly need for the beach being provided. The kids used the boogie boards, we used the provided beach wagons and coolers.
The pool was great! Spa and waterfall worked consistently and the kids loved it.
The washer and dryer came in handy and were super fast and efficient making it easy to keep clothes clean and dry.
There is a flowering tree in the backyard that attracted little hummingbirds regularly during our trip. We found ourselves going outside at twilight just to see them each evening.

Good morning, first is like to thank them the house was wonderful our vacation was amazing and super comfortable. The house we loved and enjoyed each and every day. From the beautiful views, sitting on the balcony, playing in the game room, swimming in the pool daily and then of course the quick walk to the beach. Super fun island. The property has a pool and a hot tub but we never used because we were out exploring.
The house was perfect for us. More than enough room. The washer and dryer helped us pack light.
We used the garage a couple nights to play ping pong before winding down. There’s a fridge down there.
They have beach chairs, towels, and toys.
The kitchen has all you need to cook but the food and some spices. We hit the beach every day and some mornings to see the sunrise. The owner answered the phone both times when I called and was super nice and helpful.

Mike contacted me immediately after we booked & sent an incredibly helpful email that outlined everything we would need to know about the property & the island. The directions, description, communication, & experience were all exceptional. Amazing views. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs where you can tell the owners bought the cheapest everything. Not this place! They really went all out & it shows in all the little touches. So many interesting stories, too… like how the chandelier ended up in the 10th floor penthouse! They had the place stocked with everything you could possibly need for a day spent on the beach. Communication with Mike is above and beyond. When a storm blew through & we lost power at 2 am, I reached out thinking he would reply the next day. Nope, even at 2 am, I got a reply! Everything we did on the island was based on their recommendations. They really know how to make their guests feel special. This place was more than we expected, it has everything; close to great beach access, close to town, pool that is shaded a large part of the day (great for kids). The condominium is larger than it looks, easily fit large families. It is so welcoming you feel like you have walked into someone's home. Mike & Bill are the perfect hosts. We heard from them 10 min after booking and got a response anytime within minutes. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Our Story
This all started out just going on vacation to the Island & fell in love with the coast. We started with Penthouse Dahktari in 2003, Beach Walk in 2004, Beach Breeze 2005, & Cognito in 2005. We keep up on maintenance & update our properties as needed. All 4 have under gone various updates over the years. We try our best to offer amenities many other rentals do not offer. All 3 homes have private heated pools & hot tubs (chillers have also been added for the hot summer months).
