Both rentals are registered with the City of South Padre Island. The individual Permit numbers can be found, on the photo album page for each individual property. Note to return guests: We did sell our other 2 properties & plan on keeping these two for a very long time. Our properties are now managed by us the owners. uarius Condominium where the Penthouse is located, has a heated community pool & hot tub, with direct beach access. If a 3 or 4 night stay is available between other reservations, it will show on the availability calendar. We never take 1 or 2 night stays. No events or parties at our properties. The maximum occupancy for each includes the entire property at all times. No spring break or chaperoned college or high school groups. www.rentinspi.com

Our Story

This all started out just going on vacation to the Island & fell in love with the coast. We started with Penthouse Dahktari in 2003, Beach Walk in 2004, Beach Breeze 2005, & Cognito in 2005. We keep up on maintenance & update our properties as needed. All 4 have under gone various updates over the years. We try our best to offer amenities many other rentals do not offer. All 3 homes have private heated pools & hot tubs (chillers have also been added for the hot summer months). Aquarius Condominium where the Penthouse is located, has a heated community pool & hot tub, with direct beach access.
