Biltmore Lake Bungalow turned modern oasis! This was a super challenging but fun project that I teamed up with on with Blocke Builders! A lot of work in design, engineering and construction happened to open up this space so that the clients could enjoy their mountain views from the main living area of house! Clean lines and modern touches created a space perfect for these homeowners! The lighting in this home is stellar! Thank you again to my fantastic clients for entrusting me with their home!

Just finished! This bedroom is a breath of fresh air! There were some interesting architectural areas to conquer, but the overall finished product is lovely! I especially love the design detail of the wall mounted swing arm sconces instead of taking up nightstand space, and it’s so much more convenient for reading. Spending so much time in our homes might inspire a desire for a new color scheme for your home, new furniture and decor, or were you thinking of starting a Kitchen or Bath Remodel? All of these projects have to start with a Concept.

Here is one of my favorite kitchen transformations. It is amazing one small wall removed, a wall that was never needed. Look at how open the space is and hom much bigger the room looks.

PS. Would anyone like an island like this?

So many times I see wasted space in a kitchen floor plan. To much floor space reduces the work space. I know this seems conterintuitive, but just see how that applies here.

Modern Farmhouse! I love so many things about this project! The overall clean feeling of the room but, we maintained the warmth with natural woods and texture. Not to mention a bit of pattern play, just enough😉. It is easy to take the word clean and turn it cold. That did not happen here👍

One of the most popular and signature of design features that I implement into a bathroom is a curb less shower! When the floor is continuous it not only allows the room to look bigger, but it is safer, no more trip hazard. You’ll even notice in a couple of these bathrooms a tile in drain, this allows the drain to blend into the floor for an ever more seemless look!

I wanted to share this project, and I will be sharing many more. I love every project for multiple reasons, and I hope to point out specific design features of each. For now just take this one in, it’s an absolute beauty!

I loved everything about this project! Most of all my amazing client and friend! This bathroom is timeless. Thank you to Koa Construction, Bella Hardware and Bath, Chuck Hess Cabinetry, Rock Star Marble and Granite, Wholesale Glass, and Shiloh Painting for all of your hard work, and amazing expertise! It takes a vision and a village! Also thanks to my cute model😉

Note the flush floor...no shower threshold! You can look into the two large round mirrors as you gaze into the room and they will tell you the whole story!

Jaime B. Custom Interiors

Jaime B. Custom Interiors, with Principal Designer and Owner Jaime B. Ciolek, is a unique blend of Architectural and Interior Design. Jaime has been praticing Interior Design for over 20 years, and Kitchen and Bath Design for nearly 15 years. Jaime’s career began in Washington D.C. at the Washington Design Center, as a Color and Fabric Consultant. She serviced some of the top Interior Designers in the Country pulling together color and fabric schemes. Jaime’s career continued into furniture as she worked as an Interior Designer, and Manager of Design in one of the top furniture stores on the East Coast, Boyles Furniture in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Life, and love led Jaime to Asheville, North Carolina where she added to her design experience by studying and becoming a Kitchen and Bath Designer. She studied and worked with local Millwork Shops that would build and install her custom designs.

Nearly 7 years ago, Jaime B. Custom Interiors was born so that Jaime could combine here multiple facets of design. Jaime works closely with her clients, multiple Contractors, Tradesman, and Artists to complete her one of a kind designs. Each design is specifically tailored to her clients needs, and desires. No two designs are the same. Jaime takes great pride in building a close realtionship with her clients that gives her the insight she needs to not only create the look that her client desires, but also the function her client’s life needs!
