Great story by Jean Mikle about her more than 40-year history of seeing shows at the Stone Pony.

Starting in the early 1980s, the Pony became my hangout, and my visits picked up when I moved to the Jersey Shore.

Stan was interviewed by WCBS News Radio 880 out of New York City about the 50th anniversary of the Stone Pony, one of the major stops on our tours.

Fun tour with six Bruce Springsteen fans from Japan. We were also joined by Brian Donohue of News-12 New Jersey who will be doing a report in a couple weeks on their visit. Also Danny Clinch greeted them at his Transparent Gallery in Asbury Park and they of course enjoyed the Stone Pony.

An update on our tour availability for the first two weeks of April.
Jean and I have been getting multiple requests for people who want to do tours in the period where Bruce plays dates in the New York City area.
We are pretty much already fully booked solid. We are keeping a list of everyone looking to do a tour if something does open up. But we have no availability on Sunday, April 2; Saturday April 8; Thursday, April 13, Saturday, April 15 and Sunday April 16.
And we usually don't do tours the days of the shows (April 1, April 14).
As far as during the week, Jean and I both work full-time jobs and are unable to commit to any tours that are not on weekends.
We appreciate everyone wanting to take a tour with us, but we're only two people and the requests starting coming in last summer for these dates.
Thank you... Stan

We call the corner of 10th Avenue and E Street in Belmar, "The Springsteen fan's Abbey Road shot." We have found that this is the No. 1 photo op for a Springsteen fan. Today, we had the opportunity to have three original members of the E Street Band pose for a photo at this corner -- Vini Lopez, Garry Tallent and David Sancious. They also posed for photos in front of David's old house on E Street, and that's why Bruce Springsteen named his band, "The Street Band."

Nice write-up about our tours ...

Stan Goldstein isn’t afraid to admit it. When his 12-year-old self was perusing the album collection at the old Two Guys department store in Neptune City on a January day in 1973, he likely was looking for the latest release from … the Partridge Family. “Or maybe the Osmonds,” he said with a...

From Freehold historian Carl Beams:
Randolph Street
If you've read any of the Bruce Springsteen biographies, his auto biography or watched the Broadway show, you know how important his grandparent's Randolph Street home was. The house was demolished in 1962 and is now the parking lot for the Saint Rose of Lima Church. No known photos of this house exist, although one may be hidden in the wedding album of some Freehold couple long ago married at Saint Rose.
Researchers and Springsteen family members, especially Bruce's cousin Glenn Cashion who is writing a family history, have searched for years for a photo. Finally, after many unsuccessful attempts to find a photo, Glenn came up with the idea of having an artist's rendition of the house made. This rendition would be based on the recollections of three family members, Glenn, Bruce's sister Virginia and Bruce himself.
Glenn had previously worked with local artist, Susan Winter, (https://www.susanwinterartist.com) a native of Freehold presently living in Hightstown, and knew that she would be perfect for this project.
Glenn found a similar house in Freehold and the three family members filled in the details for the artist. These details included such things as the color of the shingles, roof angle and color, porch configuration, steps, window and, of course, the famous beech tree. On the porch you'll also notice Bruce's brown Schwinn bicycle, which was once stolen right off of that porch.
The project, started in early January, is now finished with both oil and charcoal renditions. The attached photos do not do the original painting justice, it's beautiful! Susan Winter did a remarkable job recreating the image of this long ago demolished Randolph Street home and everyone who has seen the painting has been amazed.
