And all of a sudden summer collapsed into fall 🍃
Winter planted seeds have evolved into incredible vines holding flowers, oozing with their finale of fragrance, dancing in the Autumn breeze.
A plethora of tomatoes and peppers drooping from their plants are turning into fragrant roasted soups, salsas, and sauces as their lids 'pop' to seal.
Spring blackberry jam is poured over campfire griddle cakes, paired with local syrup and raw milk, as the crackling fire sprays the crisp air with warmth.
Our sweet chickens have blessed us with freezers full of organically raised meat and our stove with pots of thick bone broth bubbling with nutrition.
My miraculous Meela has aged into 9 years of life with the beauty of a sunset, the grace of a butterfly and the determination of Stalion, still changing the world and breaking through barriers.
The only thing that stays the same is,
Everything changes.
