Did somebody say ROAD TRIP?! 🚙

Whilst it’s not the quickest route, it sure is the most scenic and sustainable... plus who doesn’t love a road trip?!

Kicking off the trip by heading to the Euro Tunnel to cross the chanel into Calais, then heading straight for the Alps via Arras, Dijon and Geneva before the grand finale winding through stunning alpine scenery.

Whilst driving does take longer, it certainly gives you a lot more room for luggage and ski gear (and room to bring back copious amounts of cheese & wine) than you would get on a plane!

Don’t have a car? Get the Eurostar Ski Train! Taking you directly from London St Pancras to Lille Europe and onwards to your Alps destination of choice 🚂

Take a walk down the storied "cul-de-sac of Cousin Victor, Bonesetter" or wander the "rue de la Crue (Flood Street) 1935." Just hope that you don't need the bonesetter and that the floods arrive as heavy snow!⁠

One of the best-kept secrets of Champagny is how long the sun shines here on the south side of the La Plagne ski resort. Enjoy the longer, sunnier days throughout winter. Great for long lunches and fun with the family. As the sun begins to drop behind the mountains, the rest of the La Plagne villages drop into the shade whilst you'll still be sat with a hot chocolate or an Aperol Spritz on a sun-drenched terrace, basking in the beauty of the sunny Champagny mountain views. ⁠
