Luxury Retreat Houston

This 4-bedroom home sits just 9 minutes from Hobby Airport, 16 minutes from downtown Houston, 20 minutes from NASA, and 4 minutes from Walmart Supercenter. It also offers a private pool and hot tub, a make-up station, a fire table, 7 queen-sized beds, fast wifi, and a 75″ TV connected to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ to watch your favorite shows. The fully furnished kitchen and bathrooms make this home ideal for longer stays. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a 42-inch TV.

There are many taco trucks within a few blocks from the house. My personal favorite is the big red one. They have amazing food!
Also, many local restaurants are very nearby with a great selection.

I don't allow loud, late-night parties as this is a family neighborhood.

It is advised that anyone in or near the pool or spa wear a life safety floatation device and that all children have supervision at all times. I have to add this to protect myself but absolutely have a great time!!

Also, the 6-foot deep pool is cleaned and treated weekly to ensure it stays clean, clear, and safe. This will not prevent a gust of wind from blowing leaves into the pool during your stay. The filters are always running but may take a few hours to pull all the debris out. Especially if the wind persists. A net is left near the pool that can be used to remove any debris if needed.

There is also the possibility because this is a warm humid environment and insects are everywhere in Houston that if the door to the house is left open for any length of time a moth or wasp or some other insect might enter the home. The entire house is treated with ortho and has no issues with pests but there is always a possibility that you’ll find something that has gotten in as the door was opened. The camper separated by the privacy fence is once in a while used as a separate unit. The house is completely yours.

Poolside Paradise

Beautifully remodeled 3000 sq ft home centered near many of the area's attractions such as Galveston Island, Kemah Boardwalk, and Hobby Airport. This cozy home is fully furnished with 5 bedrooms. Great for longer stays! The Fenced-in backyard offers a private pool and spa along with a cozy deck, tvs are connected to Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Disney+ to watch your favorite shows. The kitchen is ready to go with all the essentials!

I don’t allow loud, late-night parties as this is a quiet neighborhood with working families and children who go to bed fairly early. Quiet hours start at 9pm. (This just means no yelling or shouting, no music outside, and no excessive noise that could wake a sleeping neighbor) Absolutely have a great time but please be respectful of the neighbors as far as noise and parking 🙂

The filters are always running but can take many hours to pull everything out of a pool this size especially if the wind persists. A net is left near the pool that can be used to remove any leaves or things from it if you want to use it. I can't promise it will never have debris floating but we do try our absolute best to keep it sparkling clean.

Because this is Houston and a warm humid environment there is always a possibility that an ant or moth or some other insect could enter the home if the door is open for any length of time. Again we clean and treat the entire house to avoid this as much as possible. It’s just always a possibility. Also, the pool plaster in the shallow end has some discoloration, this is just due to the plaster aging and looking a bit brown, it is completely clean and safe to swim in.
