Chain Control Check Point is at State Route 108 at Soulsbyville Road. Be sure to have some kind of traction device on the drive tires of a 2 wheel drive vehicle. You are still required have them in your vehicle if you have a 4x4 or all wheel drive. We will be checking. Drive safe, slow down and wear your seatbelt. Just because the sun is out, doesn’t mean the roads aren’t icy.
