The team at Rev3 believe kiwi’s have been pay too much for homes that take too long to build, and yet don’t feature the high quality finishes and products kiwi’s deserve, and are so readily available overseas. Through the use of advanced efficiency tools like; six sigma and just in time delivery, Rev3 gains efficiencies durin
g the building process that save money and ensure a high quality finished product is delivered that will stand the test of time. Rev3 is brainchild of three men, Ivan Presquito, John Fernando and Vincent Ho, all professionals aged in their 30s. Ivan has an MBA degree with a graduate diploma in business from Waikato Instititute of Technology, with extensive construction experience through working for a large Canterbury based construction company. Vincent is an electrical engineer and University of Canterbury Graduate, and John achieved a degree in Chemical Engineering in Australia and has become successful through property investing. They now want kiwi’s to share in their success through property investment. To date Rev3 have completed a 7 townhouse development on Worcester Street which rapidly sold out. They currently have a development of one, two and three bedroom townhouses named Trinity Towers underway on Stanmore Road and are progressing plans for the “Cathedral Towers” whichh will house 72 apartments in towers on the south side of Cathedral Square.
