Chili crab is Singapore’s national dish. I love it. Went out with friends tonight and we had … chili crab. Somehow, the Singaporeans manage to keep their hands very clean while they eat it. I, on the other hand, am a mess. Looks like the crab and I had a tussle. At least I didn’t get it in my hair. Have you ever had chili crab? Did you love it?

Our guide said sit under this tree for a little while. It’s too hot for the animals to be out right now. We sat quietly for a bit. Then heard noises of branches cracking. Suddenly a group of Dusky Spectacled Langurs emerged overhead. At the same time, a beautiful Hornbill flew by. So much for sleeping animals. The Erawan Museum in Bangkok is an over-the-top treat for the eyes. We spotted the three-headed elephant from the highway and had to go there. Each floor represents a different realm—heaven, earth and the underworld—and showcases antiques and religious artifacts. The stained glass ceiling is a masterpiece.
