What tools do purpose-driven leaders utilize when going through change? How do they think through the personal and organizational dynamics to keep their team thriving through this change?
Nancy Harris, founder of Restart Consulting, led our community through these questions as we discussed real-world work situations around the topic of change. It’s something all leaders have to deal with at some point - team turnover, implementation of new values, growth, etc - the difference between simple managers and purpose-driven leaders is their ability to navigate those changes effectively.
Our favorite quote from the experience: “The biggest influencers of culture are more often than not the ones without the big titles”.
We all have the ability to affect positive change by being curious and open - no matter what our standing is in our organization or community. What will you get curious about today?
