A cup of Britt Coffee- The Early Days before the construction of the railroads in the late 19th century,coffee beans were packed in gunny sacks and transported to the Port of Puntaneras in carretas (oxcarts) Trains of oxcarts loaded with coffee traveled down mountains in conveys .From Puntarenas,the beans were shipped to Europe the journey to three months.

This is an amazing villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Amenities were top notch, the facilities exceptionally well maintained and the views and proximity to the zip lines, the national parks, and beaches are beyond description. The best part, believe it or not, was the great care by the house keeping staff, Humberto, Gloria, and Lilly. They were so responsive and terrific, dedicated people who kept the place pristine. They were always there to cater to your every need. Umberto even took us on a trip to a local waterfall, just off the property that was one of our adventures that we will cherish. If you have a large group, this is THE place to stay.
