The house that is a formerly specially designed artist villa is situated on northern Evia in a small beautiful coastal village called Kastri. The nearest larger town is called Pefki where there is a good selection of restaurants, bars as well as nice and child-friendly beach. The house is perfect for a couple, or for one or two families with children of 4-8 people, there are 8 beds, but works just

as well for artists with their beautiful studio room upstairs. Bedroom downstairs, one queen size bed
The living room, a sofa bed that can be made into a king size bed + extra beds from upstairs if you want. Upstairs: Double bed + extra beds if you like, in case you want to sleep several. The house has a beautiful 300 degree balcony that stretches around the house and is designed so that there are constantly fans (outside walls with openings) in the summer which is pleasant. The house is about 120 square meters inside and the plot about 3,000 square meters. Guest access
There are two houses on the plot. Guests have access to the big house. Any questions regarding the house just send a DM!
