Pro Tip: Packing kids…outfit for each day in baggies that you can hand them in the mornings to save time! I also reuse the clean bags for various reasons on the trip. I also keep a spare change of clothes in one in my park bag. 🙌 Ok I basically pack myself the same way 😂

I’m obviously in a bunch of Disney Facebook groups… and these comments …I just keep seeing! Rooms book up early! Especially at certain resorts. I have to think the initial post Covid l*l is now gone and resorts are going quick! I recommend booking AT LEAST six months out! Many people book a year out. The $200 deposit will lock in your room and your pricing. Should Disney increase rates. 30 day full cancellation policy! Don’t be scared! 😉

My family trip is in 3weeks which means I’m in a phase I call “pre-packing”. This means I’m organizing all the stuff I intend to actually pack in the coming weeks. 😂 This helps me make sure that I don’t get that dreaded feeling of forgetting something. Universal's new theme park, Epic Universe is opening later next year (no official date yet!) but the 2 new hotels they built next to it are opening after the new year! This is a GREAT time to stay here before the new park opens! These are going to sell out FAST as soon as that opening date announcement is made! I overheard a convo in a salon a couple weeks ago where someone was telling someone that it costs $20,000 to take the family to Disney for a week. I mean..it CAN. Sure. Stay at a deluxe hotel, add park hoppers, add a dining plan, and do sit-down dining, but let me promise it does NOT have to cost $20k.
Here is a basic value package for a family of 4!
Disney resort aka "on property", 4 day park tickets (hit each park!), photo package. Yes you still have to buy airfare but you can save tons of money by getting grocery delivery and packing essential items so you don't have to buy them there. That's where my expertise comes in!
There's still time for fall/Christmas trips or lets plan ahead for Feb and April vacations! Those are popular weeks so the rooms go fast!

If you enjoy being scared to the brink.. fast pulse...possibly actually soiling yourself... you need to visit Universal's Haunted Horror Nights!
