The best ever dehydrator is not an "excaliber" at all! it's a homemade job imitating one that someone uploaded to youtube years ago! Window sized trays hold a ton of food and using only the sun, preserves food, nutrition intact for years. (if carefully packaged of course!) Hoping to build another here in Mexico really soon!

I'm having an Introduction to Permaculture at the farm on Sunday starting at 9am. Please send a message if you are interested in attending. If there are enough people - at least 5 - then we can run with it. Send me a private message if you are interested in attending. It is free. Just bring a snack for yourself and I'll put on a pot of coffee. Wear appropriate footwear, hat and pants please as we will explore the farm a bit as well as have some class time.

Sheep are back having some water and resting under the trees. If you are interested in this kind of life, mixed in with your work life or you'd like to get off the treadmill, we are looking for good people to assist in building our Food Forest and participate in its bounty!
