Have you ever been to Balboa Park, in San Diego, California? This historic park, which encompasses 1,200 acres, is home to gardens, museums, beautiful restaurants theaters, and the San Diego Zoo.

The park was originally established in 1835 but many of the architectural landmarks you encounter during your visit were built for the 1915–16 Panama–California Exposition and the 1935–36 California Pacific International Exposition.

One of the most beautiful places in Arizona, in my humble opinion, is Sedona! It's such a gorgeous area. When we visited we drove from Phoenix and as you drive the landscape literally changes every 20 or 30 minutes!!

You know you're approaching Sedona when the road stretching out in front of you starts to be surrounded by beautiful red, orange, and while rock formations covered in greenery. The contrasting colors on the ground, against the gorgeous western sky are just out of this world! These are just a few photos but you have to see it for yourself!!

While Disney’s Hollywood Studios has changed and evolved over the years I still love visiting this park! What is one thing from the past you would love to see come back? I have a few:

Have you heard of the Wrocław Gnomes? If you travel to the beautiful city of Wrocław, Poland you'll find an incredible train station, delicious food, and a gorgeous Old Town or as they call it, stare miasto. And if you're not too busy looking up at the colorful architecture, you'll also find hundreds of beautifully detailed gnome structures all over the city.

Why gnomes, or as you say in Polish, krasnale? Well these amazing sculptures represent the Orange Alternative, a movement against communism in Poland during the 1980s. Peaceful protestors used gnomes as a lighthearted way to speak out against communism, drawing images of gnomes throughout the city (of which there is only one original left).

To commemorate the movement, a large sculpture of a gnome was created in 2001 and was placed into the square the Orange Alternative once frequented. Following the creation of that piece, Tomasz Moczek, a local sculpture artists decided to create smaller gnomes and place them throughout the city, celebrating various parts of Wrocław's history.

Have you ever traveled to a city and just said to yourself, "Wow, I get it, I get why people love this place?" For me that city was Pairs. For years people have romanticized it and for good reason. As a history, book, and art lover, oh and did I mention food....it was amazing to be in a city with so much to offer and so much history to learn and explore.

If you're ever interested in traveling to Paris reach out to me! I can help you craft an experience that matches your interests, this city really has it all!

Also, shout out to my husband for this magical moment with crêpes. We bought these in an alley way not too far from the famed Notre-Dame Cathedral and the whimsical Shakespeare and Company bookstore. The bookstore was one of my favorite stops in Paris!

Here's a quick update for those of you that might have questions about the recent news regarding the closure of Walt Disney World's Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser, later this September. Here are the important things to note: - The final voyage of the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser is taking place from September 28 - 30. - If you have booked a voyage on the Starcruiser for a date after September 30th, Disney is taking care of those reservations and guests by pausing all new reservations until May 26th to give those individuals a chance to rebook for the summer months. - Right now, when May 26th arrives, new bookings will be possible for the remaining voyages. If you have an interest in going please do let me know as soon as possible and I'll keep my eye open for further updates and that May 26th date. Many thanks to all of the incredible, talented, and creative individuals that made the Galactic Starcruiser experience, a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, a possibility!!
