It's always 15 - 20 degrees cooler in Winter Park than it is in Denver and fall is one of my favorite seasons to be in the mountains! If you or anyone you know is interested in "getting out of dodge" this fall, we have availability in September and October. We'd love to host you!

WOW…I haven’t furnished an empty home since our first house and I won’t share how long ago that was!! This has definitely taken longer than I thought, but I’m so excited with how things are going! AV to be installed next week and blinds should be soon after! The Amazon delivery person must be SO done with me, but the deliveries keep coming and the rest is almost finished! I can’t wait to share what we’ve done with our place! I’m hoping we’ll be ready for for Country at the Park! Are you planning to go? Do you still need lodging?? Reach out anytime! We’re so happy to finally be closed on our new build townhone! Now…the process of furnishing and decorating! Not my forte, but I’m excited to give it a go!! Furniture starts arriving next week and we should be good to go for rentals beginning in July. If you or someone you know is looking for a place, please reach out anytime!
