Hello 👋🏻 We thought we would officially introduce ourselves on here – we’re Nina and Monique, cousins, besties, and the founders of Lewis & Luyt Travel.

Our love for Africa began before we could even walk or talk – we were on game drive vehicles as babies! Growing up at our family’s game lodges in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, we spent every holiday surrounded by the calls and sounds of the African bush. It’s here that our passion for this place was born and we’re so grateful to our grandfather, one of the pioneers of the reserve, for passing down his love for Africa’s wild wonders to us.

Our motto is simple: "anything is possible." That’s why we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all travel. Every trip we plan is uniquely tailored to you, designed to match your personal style and adventurous spirit. We’ve personally visited every lodge and destination we recommend (lucky us!), so you’re always getting the very best of Africa.

1. Ila Safari Lodge: A bubble bath of dreams! Candles, champagne and a view of the Kafue River - what more do you need!

2. Toka Leya Lodge: A candle lit dinner for two. Because classic romance never goes out of style.

3. Lion Camp: A sleep out on the Galaxy Deck. Where the stars are your ceiling for the night.
